THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL SEASON!

Thank you, dear neighbors and friends, for another wonderful season at Whetstone Ledges Farm. We were so happy to provide fresh food for you during these challenging times, and grateful that you continued to support our little neighborhood farm.

We will be closing around mid-October. Cooking greens and salad greens are still plentiful, as is winter squash. We also still have garlic, pie pumpkins, cherry tomatoes, maple syrup, cookies, and a few other things.

Community is everything during times like these; we're so grateful to share this one with all of you!

xx

Covid-19 Updates

Hello dear friends and neighbors,

Every day it seems there are new guidelines and regulations for small farms like ours, and we're doing our best to keep abreast of them and keep ourselves, our families and all of you safe.

We are most definitely planning on being open this summer, but are having to reassess how we do things, including pick your own protocols, open hours, and various options for home delivery and curb side pickup. We plan to have the stand "open" by early June. Please check back to our website for updated information as we navigate this challenging time.

Sending you all good health and good wishes,

Whetstone Ledges Farm

Whetstone Ledges Farm and Covid 19

Wed like to welcome you all back to another growing season! Onion, leek, spinach, tomatoes and kale are all started with many more plantings coming soon. Remember that fresh fruit and vegetables contain many minerals and nutrients important for immune health.

In light of the Corona virus pandemic we will be adjusting a few of our practices at the farm stand. As usual we will be using strict sanitary measures while harvesting, washing and transporting our produce. In addition, we will have as much produce as possible available as grab and go. Lettuce and greens will be bagged and in the cooler, other produce will either be bagged or sold by the container.

Berries will still be available for pick your own, and we will have a hand washing station with soap and running water at the farm stand for folks to use before picking. Signage will ask that anyone who has any illness to please refrain from entering the berry fields. In addition, we will be happy to deliver produce to anyone in the Marlboro area who is unable to leave their house due to quarantine.

Hoping everyone remains healthy this spring and we look forward to seeing you beginning in June.
