Happy spring, friends and neighbors of Whetstone Ledges Farm!
We are busy planting and weeding, and can't wait to share a more joyful growing season with you all. Our expected opening date will be June 15th, at which point we should have lots of greens, asparagus, syrup and eggs.
Berries and PICK-YOUR-OWN berries should begin about mid-July. We will of course have lots of veggies by then, as well as cookies, jams, relishes and salsas.
And yes, for those who have been asking, COFFEE AND SCONES will be happening again this year! Sundays from 9-11, July 18-August 22nd. We hope to have some guest bakers as well, and will be following all Covid-19 protocols.
